INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
SPA & WELLNESS – HOTEL PLATINIA, CLUJ-NAPOCA
CHAPTER I – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1
These Internal Rules and Regulations establish the terms of access, use, conduct, safety, and responsibility applicable to all persons using the SPA & Wellness area of Hotel Platinia, Cluj-Napoca.
Art. 2
The SPA & Wellness area includes the following facilities:

Access to the SPA & Wellness area is permitted exclusively to guests staying at Hotel Platinia, based on the access card or confirmation issued by the hotel reception. The hotel reserves the right to limit access depending on the maximum permitted capacity.
CHAPTER II – OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS
Art. 4
The operating hours of the SPA & Wellness area are established by the hotel management and are displayed at the hotel reception, SPA reception, and at the entrance to the wellness area.
Art. 5
The hotel reserves the right to modify the operating hours for maintenance, special events, or unforeseen situations, without any obligation to provide compensation.
CHAPTER III – COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS AND PAID SERVICES

Payment for SPA services shall be made at the SPA reception or the hotel reception, in accordance with internal procedures.
Paid services are available by appointment only, subject to availability.
CHAPTER IV – RULES OF USE AND CONDUCT

Access to the SPA area is permitted only in appropriate attire (bathrobe, slippers, swimwear), depending on the specific requirements of each area.

Use of the SPA facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

Persons with medical conditions (cardiac, respiratory, dermatological conditions, pregnancy, chronic illnesses, etc.) are required to consult a physician prior to using saunas, baths, or massage services.

Massages and therapies offered within the SPA & Wellness area are intended exclusively for relaxation and wellness purposes and do not have a medical, therapeutic, or recovery character.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse the provision of a service or to interrupt a procedure if there are risks to the health or safety of the guest or staff.
CHAPTER VII – PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Art. 17
The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended in the SPA area.

Guests are encouraged to use the lockers and storage spaces provided and to avoid bringing valuables into the SPA area.
