<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER I \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 1
These Internal Rules and Regulations establish the terms of access, use, conduct, safety, and responsibility applicable to all persons using the SPA & Wellness area of Hotel Platinia, Cluj-Napoca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 2
The SPA & Wellness area includes the following facilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 3
Access to the SPA & Wellness area is permitted exclusively to guests staying at Hotel Platinia, based on the access card or confirmation issued by the hotel reception. The hotel reserves the right to limit access depending on the maximum permitted capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER II \u2013 OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 4
The operating hours of the SPA & Wellness area are established by the hotel management and are displayed at the hotel reception, SPA reception, and at the entrance to the wellness area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 5
The hotel reserves the right to modify the operating hours for maintenance, special events, or unforeseen situations, without any obligation to provide compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER III \u2013 COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS AND PAID SERVICES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 6
Complimentary access is provided for accommodated guests to the following facilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 7
The following services are available for an additional fee, in accordance with the displayed SPA menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 8
Payment for SPA services shall be made at the SPA reception or the hotel reception, in accordance with internal procedures.
Paid services are available by appointment only, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER IV \u2013 RULES OF USE AND CONDUCT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 9
Access to the SPA area is permitted only in appropriate attire (bathrobe, slippers, swimwear), depending on the specific requirements of each area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 10
Compliance with hygiene rules is mandatory, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 11
It is strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHAPTER V \u2013 HEALTH AND SAFETY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 12
Use of the SPA facilities is at the guest\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 13
Persons with medical conditions (cardiac, respiratory, dermatological conditions, pregnancy, chronic illnesses, etc.) are required to consult a physician prior to using saunas, baths, or massage services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 14
Hotel Platinia shall not be held liable for incidents caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER VI \u2013 MASSAGES AND THERAPIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 15
Massages and therapies offered within the SPA & Wellness area are intended exclusively for relaxation and wellness purposes and do not have a medical, therapeutic, or recovery character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 16
The hotel reserves the right to refuse the provision of a service or to interrupt a procedure if there are risks to the health or safety of the guest or staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER VII \u2013 PERSONAL BELONGINGS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 17
The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended in the SPA area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 18
Guests are encouraged to use the lockers and storage spaces provided and to avoid bringing valuables into the SPA area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER VIII \u2013 SANCTIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHAPTER IX \u2013 FINAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Art. 20
By accessing the SPA & Wellness area, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Internal Rules and Regulations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
